Hello!
Charcoal Yakitori Nihonbashi I am in charge of Aitori PR.

It is starting to feel a little hotter.
How is everyone doing?

This time, we would like to introduce the perfect course for everyone planning a banquet in Nihonbashi.

Mizutaki nabe (hot pot with rice cooked in a pot) ◇Mizutaki nabe with ingredients soaked in a special broth that is served at banquets.
Our "Mizutaki Nabe Course" is a delight for banquets.
Starting with appetizers, a special salad, three types of omakase (skewers), and a selection of our signature dishes follow.
For the main course, a mizutaki hot pot infused with rich flavor is served!
The soup is slow-cooked in a cloudy white broth and served with juicy chicken and fresh ingredients.
The carefully extracted flavor is concentrated, and the rich broth enhances the deliciousness of the nabe!
Be sure to finish off your meal with an excellent dish that will allow you to enjoy the deliciousness of the soup to the very end.
The sumptuous meal will end with dessert and is priced at 6,000 yen per person (tax included).
This is a dish-only plan, so please order according to your preference.

~A variety of highly satisfying a la carte dishes~!
Banquet cuisine is not limited to courses.
A la carte dishes are also available to accompany your beverages.
The elaborate menu items, such as "Negi-Shio Liver Sashimi" and "Fried Chicken Thigh," will add color to your banquet table.
The "Spicy Yodare Chicken" is a dish of chicken breast cooked at an exquisite low temperature.
It is covered with a spicy sauce and has a slightly stimulating flavor.
Each dish is carefully prepared with care and attention to detail, and each has its own unique flavor.
We encourage you to try different things to your liking.

Thank you for reading to the end.
The entire staff looks forward to serving you!
