We also offer a selection of excellent products that you must try when you come to our restaurant.
The first one is "Tochio Abura-age topped with fried salted fish with butter.
Do you know "Tochio's fried tofu"?
Abura-age, which has become a specialty of Tochio in Niigata Prefecture, is very large in size, much larger than most abura-age.
Not only does it taste great, but it is a historic soul food that has been around since the Edo period.
This large, fleshy tochiyaki is topped with salted fish, butter, and other ingredients.
The taste of fried bean curd itself, the saltiness of the salted fish, and the richness of the melted butter combine to make a very tasty dish!
It is a gem of a dish that makes drinks go down a gulp.
